At ECityMart, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return and refund process. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
  • Customers must initiate the return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery at the customer’s own shipping cost.
  • The product must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Any product that is damaged, broken, tampered with, or not in resalable condition will not be accepted, and the return request will be rejected.

❌ Non-Acceptable Returns

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Physical damage, breakage, or signs of use
🎥 Mandatory Open Box Video
  • Customers are required to share a clear open-box video from the moment the package is opened.
  • The video must clearly show: (1) The sealed package, (2) The unboxing process, (3) The product condition
  • Without an open-box video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.
💰 Refund Policy
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team and approved, the refund will be processed.
  • Refund will be completed within 7 working days after return approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Once the product has been shipped from our end and the customer refuses to accept it, in this case, the shipping and RTO (Return to Origin) charges will be borne by the customer, and the advance payment and shipping charges will not be refunded.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • ECityMart is not responsible for damage during return shipping. Proper and safe packaging is mandatory.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
